Vanilla Chia Pudding

Coconut yoghurt chia pudding with a hint of vanilla and maple syrup. Thick, creamy and satiating.

 
 
 

Produce

¾ cup — Unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup — Plant-based yoghurt

¼ cup — Chia seeds

1 tsp — Pure vanilla extract

1 tbsp — Pure maple syrup

Specifications

Combine all ingredients in a container and mix well. Let them sit for 5 minutes and mix again. Chill in the fridge, preferably overnight. Serve with your favourite toppings. Keep stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
