August Favourites

01 Love Curl Hair Mask — Davines. I truly love this hair mask. It has been a mainstay product in my hair care routine, as it makes my hair feel extremely soft and nourished. I usually use it once a week.

02 Stainless Steel Food Tray — Endulge. I love using this metal food tray to easily compartmentalise my meals into a mixture of complex carbs, clean protein, healthy fats and lots of fiber. The largest compartment is dedicated to vegetables, while the two smallest compartments are dedicated to protein and carbs (and I will usually season the whole plate with a healthy fat). Eating this way is a great way to keep me satiated and balance out my blood sugar levels.

03 San Bitter Rosso — San Pellegrino. I took a break from drinking a couple of months ago, and I am not missing it at all. On the occasions that I do go out to a bar, I will usually order sparkling water or a non-alcoholic beverage. San bitter is one of my go-to’s as it is very widespread in Italy and tastes deliciously bitter.

04 The Cami Set in White — Deiji Studios. My favourite pyjama set for the summer. Super light, comfortable and cute. Really ticks all of the boxes.

05 Organic White Asparagus — Farmer’s Market. We are sadly coming to the end of asparagus season, but I have eaten enough to last me another year. I love to roast them in the oven with a sprinkle of olive oil and coarse sea salt. Really simple, yet tasty. Try and buy organic, as you’ll be eating the skin.
