A creamy and delicious dairy-free chocolate pudding made with avocados, dates and cacao powder.
Produce
2 large — Ripe avocados
½ cup — Unsweetened cacao powder
4 — Medjool dates or 5 tbsp — Maple syrup/ date syrup
6 tbsp — Plain almond milk
1 tsp — Vanilla extract
1 pinch of — Cinnamon
1 pinch of — Salt
Specifications
Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a blender. Add in the cacao powder, medjool dates, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Blend ingredients until completely smooth. Taste the concoction and adjust ratios as needed. Serve right away with your favourite garnishes or let it cool in the fridge in an air-tight container.
