01 Face Oil — Costa Brazil. The best face oil out there! I have been using it for over a month already and have seen dramatic changes in my skin. It’s made with a beautiful and rare mix of amazonian ingredients (think: Kaya oil, cacay oil, breu branco, baobab seed oil, babassu seed oil and brazil nut oil) that enhance, calm and soften skin all at once.

2 Creaky Joint Salve — Wooden Spoon Herbs. Went to the mountains a lot during the month of September. Used this cream on my achy joints and muscles after long hikes in nature. Cayenne and ginger offer a warming sensation to the joints, solomon's seal supports joint health and mullein helps to soothe pain by supporting healthy inflammation levels.

03 Red Poplin Sleepwear — Tekla Fabrics. I am a big fan of pyjamas and sleeping. I absolutely love this new collaboration between Tekla and Trisha Brown Dance Company. My favourite cotton pyjamas in my favourite color.

04 La Famiglia. I have been reading a lot of non-fiction books lately. I recently started reading this book in Italian called ‘La Famiglia’ (which translates to ‘The Family’ in English). It raises very interesting points in relation to the family — the family as a system, how families are in different cultures and how families change over time. Really interesting read.

05 Komorebi Scented Candle — Frama. Hygge season is approaching and I am trying to make my home as cozy as possible by adding as many candles as possible. This candle from Frama has a lovely citrus, floral and woody aroma with key notes of yuzu, osmanthus, jasmine and cypress. It smells amazing!

06 Oval Sunglasses — Chanel. I love sunglasses all year round. I fell in love with these ones a while ago, and recently bought them on a super discount. Very happy about this purchase!

07 Citrus Basket — Alessi. A perfect citrus basket to store all my lemons and fruit.
